We help you determine how often your property requires our valets to pick up your resident’s trash by offering flexible pick-up schedules ranging from 3-7 days per week.

We will deliver the bins and optional floor mats to your residents to use for their valet trash service.

Leave Bagged Trash Outside The Door
Instruct your tenants or residents to leave their bagged trash and recycling in the bins we provide outside their door before 7 pm on the scheduled pickup nights.

We Pick Up The Trash & Recycling
On the scheduled nights, between 7 pm and 9 pm, our uniformed valets will pick up the trash and recycling and dispose of it in the dumpster/recycling bins onsite. We tidy the doorways, clean the bins if needed, and remove dumpster overflow as needed. As we work, we will make note of security or safety concerns and report them to the property manager.
Our valets will walk throughout the property and remove any litter or debris from the perimeter of your buildings to keep your property clean and attractive.
